Buyer's Agreement

     The buyer hereby agrees to purchase a puppy from Momma's Family Bulldogs for the price listed on the currant littler. Plus any additional shipping cost. 

    Shipping will not be scheduled until shipping deposit is made. 

    The seller agrees to furnish the buyer with all the necessary health information 
    including all vet records acquired up until puppy leaves Momma's Family Bulldogs 
    possession. Puppy will come with A puppy pack which includes 
    items to help you get started on a happy and healthy track with your new puppy.

    - All puppies require a $500 to $1000 non refundable deposit. We will accept PayPal, Cash, and all major credit cards.

    - The puppy will only be held until it reaches 9 weeks of age. After that, if the puppy is not paid for and previous arrangements were not made the puppy will be resold.

    Terms & Conditions:
    * Payment in full must be made prior to you taking ownership of the dog. This dog is sold as pet quality. This has nothing to do with full or limited registration, pet quality simply refers to the dog being sold as a pet and companion only. Seller cannot guarantee that a male puppy will have two normally descended testicles at maturity, or guarantee the fertility of a male or female puppy at maturity and it is impossible to guarantee the breeding success, show success or house training.
    * If for any reason, you are unable to keep the Puppy, you Agree to contact seller for option to take back ownership. You will Not sell, give away or take to a shelter without first contacting seller.


    The Buyer's Responsibility:
    The Buyer agrees to take good care of this dog, feed and house the dog properly {indoors}, maintain shots, control the dog on a harness or leash when in public and when off the premises of the dog's home. The death, injury or loss of said dog due to theft, carelessness, recklessness, abuse, neglect, heat stroke or accident will not entitle the buyer to any compensation from the seller. The buyer agrees to take this dog to the Vet within the 3 day allotment. This dog is warranted only for the purpose of being a companion animal, not for any other purpose or reasons. No warranty is given to the buyer for any special purpose or function of this dog. This dog is not to be used for any illegal or immoral activities. Should something happen to this dog within the 1 year guarantee that is found to be a severe, life threatening or altering nature, and all rules were followed. The buyer will be offered a replacement puppy from the first available litter.
